999cb Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "999cb", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 999cb platform operating at 999cb.bet, including all associated services, products, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 999cb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on the 999cb platform.
• "Platform" means the 999cb website, mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible thereon.

Access to and use of the 999cb platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a player's use of the Services:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

999cb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the registration process, prior to processing withdrawals, or following any flagged activity on an account.

To access the full range of 999cb Services, players must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing account security:

• Each individual may hold only one active account on the 999cb platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
• You must notify 999cb immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 999cb will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• 999cb reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity policy as further detailed in 999cb's published account management terms.

All financial transactions on the 999cb platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made using approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account cashier.
• 999cb does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 999cb bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt and are available for use on the platform immediately thereafter.
• 999cb does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending documentation submission.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of a verified request being submitted, subject to the payment method used.
• 999cb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may result in extended processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published within the account cashier. 999cb reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

999cb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified 999cb account in good standing.
• Each promotion may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, time limitations, and geographic restrictions.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be completed before any associated winnings can be transferred to a player's withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• 999cb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not prejudice bonuses already in active use by eligible players.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of low house-edge games to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

The following general rules govern participation in all betting and gaming activities on the 999cb platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets and wagers placed on 999cb are final once confirmed. 999cb will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where 999cb determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet placement, 999cb will use its best efforts to reconstruct the state of the game at the time of failure using server-side logs. The outcome determined by 999cb's systems shall be final.
• Odds offered on sports betting markets are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• All casino games on the 999cb platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 999cb does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run returns and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• 999cb reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed error, or manipulation of market conditions by any party.
• Maximum win limits per bet, game round, or within a defined period may apply and are published within individual game or market terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999cb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one 999cb account, whether directly or through any third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 999cb.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including but not limited to sharing information about live game states or coordinating bets to exploit market inefficiencies.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an identified technical error are not considered legitimate and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any activity that 999cb determines, in its reasonable judgement, constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the use of illegitimate funds.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction with your payment provider after it has been credited to your 999cb account and used for betting or gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999cb staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

999cb provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 999cb content without prior written authorisation.
• Any use of the 999cb brand, logo, or trade marks in a manner that could cause confusion, disparagement, or reputational harm is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999cb's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 999cb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of your use of the platform.

• 999cb shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

999cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Determination that continuing to provide services to the player would expose 999cb to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 999cb may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the player via the payment method used for deposit.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 999cb support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned after completion of applicable checks.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999cb holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to 999cb's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
